AJ Hazzi is a real estate entrepreneur, coach, and founder of Vantage West Realty and Vantage West Academy. He began his real estate career in 2002 at just 19 years old and quickly rose to become a top 1% agent. In 2008, at the height of the global financial crisis, AJ launched his own independent brokerage and began building a different model for real estate, one centered on systems, teamwork, professional development, and leverage. Today, the Vantage West ecosystem represents more than $5 billion in real estate transactions and has earned more than 1,000 five-star reviews.
Over more than two decades in the industry, AJ has shifted his focus from simply producing more to building businesses that can grow without consuming the lives of the people who run them.
